Πριν από μερικές ώρες το περιοδικό Total Film μέσω του Games Radar έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα μία προωθητική φωτογραφία του Alien: Romulus, στην οποία δεσπόζει η Cailee Spaeny ως Rain Carradine.
Η ταινία θα κάνει πρεμιέρα στην Αμερική στις 16 Αυγούστου. Οι Cailee Spaeny (On the Basis of Sex, Bad Times at the El Royale), Isabela Merced (Father of the Bride, Rosaline), David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Spike Fearn και Aileen Wu είναι στο καστ. Ο Fede Alvarez (Don't Breathe, Evil Dead) έχει γράψει σενάριο μαζί με τον Rodo Sayagues και έχει κάνει τη σκηνοθεσία.
Ο Ridley Scott, ο οποίος σκηνοθέτησε το αρχικό Alien που έκανε πρεμιέρα το 1979, έχει καθήκοντα παραγωγού μέσω της Scott Free Productions μαζί με τον Michael Pruss. Οι Brent O'Connor (Bullet Train), Elizabeth Cantillon (Persuasion) και Tom Moran (The Donut King) έχουν χρέη ειδικού παραγωγού.
