Οι νικητές των Eisner Awards


Τα 2017 Eisner Awards, τα αντίστοιχα βραβεία Oscar για την Ένατη Τέχνη, δόθηκαν και επίσημα στο San Diego Comic-Con για τα καλύτερα comic book που είδαν οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες το 2016 και ο σχεδιαστής από την Σιγκαπούρη, Sonny Liew, είχε την τιμητική του με το graphic novel του, The Art of Charlie Chan Hock Chye.

Το συγκεκριμένο κέρδισε αρκετά βραβεία, ανάμεσα τους και του καλύτερου δημιουργού ενώ βραβείο πήρε η Jill Thompson για το Wonder Woman: The True Amazon ενώ βραβεύτηκαν και τα Beasts of Burden: Look What The Cat Dragged In, Good Dog και The Vision. Το comic της Image Comics, Saga, έμεινε για ακόμη μια χρονιά στην κορυφή ως συνεχιζόμενη σειρά, με τον Brian K. Vaughan να παίρνει βραβείο για το σενάριο του.
